Probing Epigenomic Heterogeneity in Single Cells

The advent of single cell approaches for studying chromatin accessibility, including single-cell ATAC-seq and single-cell RNA-seq, has enabled characterization of epigenomes at single cell resolution. These studies contribute to a systems-level understanding of epigenomic variation at the single-cell level, allowing detection and assessment of an important driver of cell-to-cell heterogeneity.

This Cell Press Webinar features leaders in single-cell epigenomics: Jason Buenrostro (Broad Institute), William Greenleaf (Stanford University), and Jay Shendure (University of Washington). These speakers will discuss their work developing and applying methods for probing epigenomic heterogeneity in single cells.
