While newly constructed buildings are more energy efficient, but 80% of buildings in 2050 have already been built, so a major priority is decarbonising our existing stock. This means retrofitting the built environment's existing assets is integral to the sector's net zero goals.  

In this session, we look to explore how to maximise the potential of the retrofit agenda. We will look at the ways different digital and technological solutions can assist with determining best approaches, plans for intervention and how to best undertake deep retrofit for different assets. We will also discuss the tools that assist in ensuring the objectives of the project are met.
