Single Cell Approaches to Lineage Tracing in Stem and Developmental Biology

Originally Aired September 30, 2020

Single cell technologies have revolutionized our understanding of cell lineages in developing systems and disease models. Advances in sequencing and imaging technologies have given us unprecedented insight into the variations in gene expression programs across tissues, as well as into clonal dynamics across time. We hope you will join us for a discussion of lineage tracing of stem cell and developmental dynamics using single cell technologies and imaging based screens, with speakers Cédric Blanpain (Université Libre de Bruxelles), Allon Klein (Harvard Medical School), and Prisca Liberali (Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research).
