Overview

This year, JCT will be launching the next edition of its suite of contracts - JCT 2024. The latest update to the suite includes a number of improvements to modernise and streamline the documents, provide future proofing, reflect the latest legislative changes, and introduce a new contract family.

In this session our panel of experts from the JCT Drafting Sub-Committee will take us through the changes to the suite, providing more detail on key clauses, new features, and particular areas that contract users need to look out for.
