Fostering an intrapreneurial culture

Wednesday 12th March, 10:00-11:00am

This webinar focuses on the practical steps businesses can take to cultivate a workplace where intrapreneurship thrives. Using real-world case studies, we will explore how organisations have benefited from intrapreneurial employees and how they have successfully fostered an environment that inspires creativity, ownership, and innovation.

The panel will discuss the potential barriers that exist within organisational structures and how they can be overcome. We will also cover how targeted L&D programmes can equip employees with the new skills and mindsets needed to become successful intrapreneurs.

This webinar is the second in a limited series which will explore the concept of intrapreneurship and how innovation can be driven from within organisations. Don't forget to sign up for the next session: Making a difference – digital and AI.
