Sarah Teichmann and Aviv Regev, co-founders of the Human Cell Atlas, discuss the latest research from the consortium, published by the Nature Portfolio as part of a new collection.

They will provide insights on the importance of generating and analysing single-cell data from different tissues and developmental stages to build a Human Cell Atlas, as well as the opportunities and challenges of building a resource that’s representative of the world’s diverse populations.

In this webinar, the authors will share highlights from their recent publications in the Nature Portfolio, in conversation with Nature Genetics editor, Chiara Anania, and Nature Medicine editor, Anna Ranzoni.

This webinar will explore:

  • An introduction of the Human Cell Atlas and the biological networks
  • An overview of the new collection and its main themes
  • The goal of building a representative atlas
  • The main challenges in the field
  • The future directions of the Human Cell Atlas
  • How researchers can use the data and tools generated as part of the Human Cell Atlas

After their discussion, there’s a chance to ask questions.

We invite you to hear their insights, and contribute to this timely discussion
