National Apprenticeship Week employer webinar: What lies behind the success stories?

Wednesday 12th February, 11:00-12:00

Apprenticeships develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that allow employees to succeed and thrive in the workplace. But how they are utilised varies from employer to employer. The Open University and earn and learn employer movement, The 5% Club, are two national organisations that have worked with thousands of businesses to enable workplace learning and are in a unique position to understand what lies behind success in apprenticeships.

Join our webinar, hosted by Jagdeep Soor, Executive Director of the Multicultural Apprenticeship and Skills Alliance, for a unique opportunity to hear experts from The Open University, The 5% Club, The Co-op and Durham Council who understand the strengths of the apprenticeship model, and can share advice on identifying talent, onboarding apprentices and retaining them through to completion to positively impact the business. The 5% Club will share insights from its employer audit of members who have committed to earn and learn opportunities and attendees will also hear from best practice organisations who have made a success of their apprenticeship provision.
