This annual research explores the evolving shopping habits of UK fashion consumers aged 18 to 65, analysing exclusive data and tracking year-on-year trends, as well as providing insights into evolving multichannel, social media, convenience, and tech preferences.

Comparing findings from different generations of shoppers, it explores the impact of Covid-19 and lockdown on shopping behaviours, alongside deep dives into different channel preferences across digital, mobile and in store, and how these differ with age.
